Low budget studio rental in and around London

I am looking for a studio space to construct an apartment. Sound proofing and light rigging is not necessary, however complete light control is as we will be shooting both day and night.
6 Day shoot with a couple of days either side for build and strike.

We have a studio in watford. There is a small video of the layout on the website www.fantasiastudios.co.uk. We have a changing room and a make up room aswell.
