low cost UK dubbing facility needed for indie feature doc re civil rights

In the process of completing a low budget feature doc about civil rights history in Mississippi. With a very limited budget will need to meet technical delivery requirements for a European broadcaster. The required specs can be provided. The programme was cut on FCP. If the existing mix were usable as a guide - it might be helpful. The ideal location would be in London, but relative to budget and expertise, can do the dub elsewhere in the UK.
