Hi Buppha,
Harassment of any kind is a matter for the police.
Can you provide more details? For instance, if you owe someone pay, and they have repeatedly asked you for that pay, and they then take to social media to let people know that you don't pay, then they're not really in the wrong.

If the things they're posting are false, then they are in the wrong.
