Myself and my producing partner Anne will be attending Cannes this year from Tuesday the 8th for a week till Tuesday the 15th. Shooters are all over the UK should take the opportunity if they are in town to meet up and swap ideas, leads and info,. If you would like to meet up to discuss a project please message me privately via my websites contact page, we will be staying just two mins walk from the Palais des Festival, so last minute meetings might be arranged if you are yet still undecided about attending.

Just accomodations been cancelled in Cannes due to family matter of the owner in Cannes..
i you know some place not too expensive let me know..
from May 7 or 8th morning till 14 or 15th

Hi Don, We booked our accommodation for this years festival last year before we left. Anywhere central or even near will be long booked up by now, suggest Airbnb for rooms in Cannes as your best option now but immportantly please be careful to thoroughly check-out history and feedback information for scammers as there are sadly many exploiting last minute attendees needing accommodation. Suggest repeating your post on Shooters every few days over the next week, hopefully you will find a bed via Shooting People. Hotels in Cannes Le Bocca always seem to have reasonably priced last minute rooms available, approx twenty to forty mins bus ride in depending on traffic jams caused by festival closing main road for premier evening screenings.
