Hi Bicky, and welcome.

Keep your eye on the bulletins for possible work and collaboration, that's where gigs tend to get posted. These forums tend to be slower paced discussions about industry-related subjects rather than general chat, and there's some interesting stuff if you read through.

There are a lot of very skilled and focused people on this site, it's great that you're 'multi-skilled' but you may find it better to focus on what really interests you. For instance I only do production management work, some people focus on the sound or camera departments, or makeup or continuity or some other speciality. Instead of being OK at a range of things, it will be easier to get employed by being excellent at one or two things. It's great to understand different departments, but focus is essential for paid work.

I would suggest though, as we're all in the business of communication, that you make a little more effort with your posts in the future. Punctuation and capitalisation make them easier to read by other people, and that means they're more likely to respond. We have members from all over the world, all ages and experience. Good, clear English posts and formatting make a big difference to bring understood worldwide. We're generally friendly and certainly helpful, so make your posts the best they can be to get the most from your membership!
