INDEXNeed a London train carriage to shoot a non-violent scene of a short horror on at night. Any tips or suggestions please?

I've exhausted most of my options including some useful suggestions by fellow shooters (thank you to those!) but most train companies are either charging too much or disliking the idea of being involved with a non-profit non-commercial horror short. Tempted to go guerrilla but don't want to be caught so please fire away with ideas... Thanks!

The script is set at night and unfortunately I've known other filmmakers who've gone guerilla-style and been told eventually to stop filming and leave. Wish I could just go ahead and do it guerilla-style but have to consider cast and crew too and don't want to waste their time if we get caught and don't have permission.

You could try Epping and Ongar Private Railway. - Old Carriages
GWR railway heritage museum Swindon.
Chiltern Railways - http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/about-us/filming-on-chiltern-railways They are very film freindly and are based at Marylabone station.

If you need a modern carriage, why dont you just choose the middle of the day and choose a spur line off of one of the main lines and just pay for tickets for all of those that need to be involved and shoot guerilla style? It will be a LOT cheaper for you...

Thanks guys! It has to be set on an overground carriage and quite modern. I tried Chiltern Railways but they cost £900 - £1,300 per hour which is too much (at least for the budget I have!). However, I'll looking Epping and see what they say. Please keep anymore suggestions coming! Many thanks again!
