INDEXNeed to film a character at a professional financial markets terminal and or environment

Shooters, I need to film a character at a financial markets terminal. (Preferably a dual screen Bloomberg terminal) The ones at Universities which I may get access to look like student labs, not a professional financial environment.
Being that this is an independent shoot, I can't hire out space at 30 St. Mary's Axe, as a funded feature would.
Does anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated for any guidance.
Shot is: Girl sitting at terminal camera pans in and around. Could be done quickly with minimal crew.
Thanks

Also look at virtual sets - Tricaster have some that sounds appropriate for their systems, but you can doubtlessly find others. They're effectively one big matte with cutouts for screen contents. ITN news studio is pretty much all virtual, so the effect can be quite good

If you need someone to do the comping for you, please do give us the opportunity to pitch for the job :)
Best

That's a tough one George. I've worked in a dozen or more financial offices in the city over the years and getting access has been very difficult. It can take days to get permission and then you get followed around by security. I've never been allowed to film screens with financial information on unless its available publicly which most of those terminals aren't. You may have to shoot a blank screen and comp in the 'image' later. Done that a few times. I'll have another think about anywhere that my do me a favour or could get you in and then come back to this thread.

Compositing screen contents in is way more common than you'd think, just make sure you make it easy for yourself by having well marked corners/screen so whoever does the compositing had something to work with.

Hi Lee, I new I would have to shoot a blank screen for the very reasons you mention. I didn't know if there was a studio around London used for filming these types of scenes for TV shows. i.e. There was a thread recently on SP for someone looking for a medical facility, and there is one for hire fake emergency room etc.
No additional budget for this per se, but would look at the cost/benefit if available and pay out of pocket if it would add substantially to the piece.
Thanks Lee
