networking for camera people and cinematographers

I would be interested to organise a cinematography event where ACs Operators, DOPs as 2nd unit crews incl editors could meet and network to find more work. Writers tend to do well with LSWF - I do attend BKSTS and BSC / Bafta events but the network can go dry keen to develop the long term relationship 2 / 3 x working together something yet to occur

I would be keen do something like this. As a new trainee, I am always keen to meet others in my position and find contacts who might be able to give me work.

Hi John,

Do you want to network or find more work? Or, do you want to network purely to find more work? Are you a cinematographer looking to find assistants/collaborators or an assistant looking to find DoPs etc?
