Jon - have you whitelisted them? These days, without whitelisting, a lot of newsletters get dumped in spam or little used folders. Some will be dumped before they even reach you by ISP level anti spam systems.

Not receiving any messages in my junk or miscellaneous folders. It’s very odd.
