Office Desk space to share in Kings Cross / Collaboration

I have an office space in Kings Cross and I am looking for Colourist, 3D modeller/animator, Compositor or Editor who would want to rent a desk space in Kings Cross.
The idea is to make a little film production hub with 3 people with different skillsets, where we share the space and help each other to get leads by passing the the jobs to create a one stop shop for the film production.

It would be £380/month
The office has fast internet 350Mbps/35Mbps (can be upgraded to 900/900)
10Gbps network with fast NAS drives
TV screen

Professional printer / cutter

I like your idea. I am editing a film and sometimes there are 2 of us. I have AVID set up. Also EX3 and XA10 cameras and interview lighting equipment. I am a journalist and documentary reporter/director. Credits include BBC, ITV, Channel 4. Want to develop social media content.
