Open Industrial looking space

Hello,

I am looking for an open industrial-looking space for a riot/fight scene. We are trying to keep all locations within East London and mainly in the Newham area.

I'm looking for a space that looks quite industrialized, is open, and hopefully has an interesting feature that is visually pleasing.

Been speaking to a few film location sites and the quotes they have given me are pretty high. This will be for an indie short film, I'm happy to pay a fee for any location providing it feels fair and in the budget.

If anyone has any thoughts for what might be suitable, I'd really appreciate anyone's ideas.
