Hi, we're at the early stages of developing our feature film with some initial investment money. And looking to work with a producer. We have offices in Kent and London. here are the initial roles at this stage:

- Managing the development of the pitch documents
- Developing the cast and crew
- Budgeting
- Any experience with investment plans, including EIS, SEIS schemes, and knowledge of the latest UK film tax breaks
- Produced at least one successful short film
- Ideally produced a feature film

Must have demonstrable experience.

I guess I'm asking what is the best way of finding someone? It's not a traditional job so going through the usual sites doesn't seem to make sense. We are completely flexible with how it can work with days etc. Just looking for the right person over everything.

If anyone knows of producers who have some experience, looking for more projects, based in London/south east, I'd love to chat to them.
