Play back device that can be hidden in the ear

I am looking for a playback device that could be hidden in an actors ear so that it was not in camera vision - is there such a thing out there?

Check out invisible hearing aids. You might be able to feed your audio signal into one of those. Also check out In Ear Monitors - there might be some invisible ones. And talk-back systems.

These work with an induction loop round the neck, and can plug into a mobile phone - sound quality is not impressive but easily hidden. There are other makes/models
