Problem uploading Pro res 422 video files to FilmHub

Hi, is anyone else finding FilmHub's new automatic title upload system frustrating? Whilst I love the fact that it warns you when there is a problem with any of your subtitle files for some reason I cannot get it to accept my Prores 422 files, either for my main video file or my trailer. I am exporting my files from Final Cut Pro X via Compressor. The error rejection message states the following "Main.ffprobe.stream[3] contains more than one video" & "Main.ffprobe.stream[3] contains more than one video stream", previously when I uploaded films to FilmHub, once submitted they would get back to me to tell me about this problem. I would explain that I exported the files on a Mac and didn't have a premier-based system and they would then fix the files themselves and the films would pass QC. Since now their system is automated, since the video files are rejected with errors I can no longer get past this point and actually submit my film? Does anyone have any workarounds or knowledge as to how I can fix this situation, please? Many thanks, Ray Brady

As a follow-up, though surprisingly nobody from SP with any answers or help with my problem after doing some research on YouTube I found some useful information and also on a Reddit discussion at the following link:
https://www.reddit.com/r/filmhub/comments/177wkyv/error_trailer_preview_status_not_ready_this_is_a/?rdt=44200

On which I just posted this update this morning:
I just left my film in an open browser with the submission error "Trailer.preview.status not ready", late last night it processed and I was able to finally press submit my latest feature film "Demon Host" for review, fingers crossed.

Below are some useful things that I discovered during my latest feature film submission, the first time using FilmHub's new automated submission system that may prove helpful for people having difficulties making new film submissions:

Do not upload loads of materials before trying to save as if there is an error with any of them you will not be able to save and it will not be clear as to why.

After every upload, addition or change scroll to the bottom and press save, if you can't then you need to make adjustments to amend/fix your attempted upload. In all fairness can be extremely helpful i.e. when I was uploading numerous subtitles I checked by trying to save after each addition, when there was an error I could then open the file and redress the issue before trying to upload again.

Even though FilmHub suggested uploading huge Proress 422 or 444 HQ film video masters, since I was generating them on a Mac, they were rejected as having multiple tracks. This was always a problem in the past with my previous film uploads to FilmHub but when I pointed this out to them they always then kindly resolved the issue themselves and passed the films. Since you can no longer get past the "submit" button this is no longer an option. Annoyingly they are fully aware that video Prores files exported on Macs are still an issue they have chosen to ignore the problem or suggested possible fixes/workarounds.

I found that exporting much lower quality and submitting H264 or MP4 files are much quicker to upload and accept. In the process of my research, I found out that since many platforms do not have either the facilities or capability to create HD or 4K files from the provided large master film Proress 422 or 4444 they simply choose not to select and add your title to their platforms. Since the vast majority of platforms only offer HD streaming it would make complete sense to ignore FilmHub's upload Prores 422 suggestions and to only upload HD masters of your film and trailer to achieve maximum appeal for platforms. As a way to move forward, presently FilmHub only allow your main video to be uploaded as one file type. If they were to simply amend their automated system to allow the upload of several master files, to allow Prores, 4K & HD versions, I would be a much happier filmmaker along with the numerous platforms that take films for distribution via FilmHub.
With all my criticisms above of FilmHub and their automated submission system, I must make clear that I have found it to be the best aggregator/distributor for indie filmmakers that do not have the uptake from a quality Sales Agency. I thoroughly recommend that you work with them to grow their business as it is the way forward for independent filmmakers to access a truly global distribution and market sales reach.
