Dear shooters

I am wondering if you may be able to help. Talkinglens Productions are seeking a house for our Yorkshire based feature film entitled 'Ask the Cheat'.
We would ideally prefer it to be within a few miles of Leeds city centre if possible. Property Size to be 3/4 bedrooms, partially furnished, ideally with a basement however we will not need to film in the basement so the size is not important for that. The budget we can offer for the house would be £500 to £600 for 10 full days and 2 half days plus a contingency day if needed for any re-shoots.

W​e are planning to film in February with 9 crew and 3 to 5 cast members per day​ (cast per day is subject to the schedule).

The cast is a mix of names local well known London area and locals from Emmerdale, whereas the crew is all local of various career levels and experience.

Additionally: If you are also interested in being involved in the Production either as an extra or in the crew please mention this in your response.
