INDEXPub, bar or cafe location required in London

I am looking for a location for short film. It''s a pub, bar or cafe. The interior styling isn't that important, but these factors are crucial...
a) I need it for a whole day, although two would be better. Certainly a 12-hour shoot. It has to be closed to the public. A second room in an active pub would be no good for reasons of sound recording. This makes me think of pubs in the square mile, which are shut on the weekends.
b) It needs to be quite big and open. This is dictated by a particular shot: I have a camera travelling 20ft along a track to a table, which has at least another 10ft of space behind it. The bigger the better, really.
c) The film is set at night, so I must be able to black out any windows.
I have a cash budget available, which might be attractive to a sole proprietor or manager; I can't afford the four-figure fees commanded by location agencies, however. That said, some of the establishments I have already engaged with are interested in a tradeoff for my skills in producing a showcase for their venue.
I'd be really grateful for anyone's suggestions, thanks.

The problem you may hit in London is that every property has heard every appeal before, has had a crew once, and decided 'never again'. Ok, that's an exaggeration, but even if you can't afford 4-figures you need some serious 3-figures to make it worthwhile to open on a day off. No smart landlord will hand over the keys to his licensed premises and walk away...
I suspect you may have better luck with a backroom/upstairs bar during an early weekday. You say you don't want sound seepage, but if you've got a talented sound department with directional mics and lavaliers you can get a pretty decent result and then bury any extra noise in pub chatter noise you'll need anyway. Certainly cheaper than a studio set build for a day.
