I have always wanted to shoot with split-diopters but haven't had a good reason to until now. And now I need some help =)

The typical split-diopter splits the image in half. I want to split it into 1/3 and 2/3. Does anyone know a type of split-diopter that could do that? And how would you mount it to the lens? (I'm using the Samyang/Rokinon VDSLR Cine lenses and Zeiss ZF2)

Does anyone have a set I could hire or could someone recommend somewhere in London I could hire them (Preferably central). (I know Take2, Arri and Panavision have but other options are welcome)
