Hi All, We have max budget 200 pounds to spend on location for short film. Looking for restaurant that is partially closed through the week to shoot in for 2 days at end of August.

I would talk to landlords of some of the chain restaurants which have closed, Cafe Rouge or Pizza Express or whatever, but consider your insurance position. You don't mention where you are in the country, so of course I'm just guessing you'll find something. Look in high-office areas (eg City) as they'll be more likely to be closed (Moorgate area is usually pretty closed at weekends at the best of times, so in lockdown you may have more options if they can't afford to open for the few open offices)

August is still "Eat Out to Help Out" subsidised, so Mon-Weds will all be busier than normal, and marginally desperate restaurants will be keeping afloat these days - September is going to be crunch time for many, if you can hold on an extra couple of weeks.
