WARNING: Kuala Lumpur Independent Film Festival
I recently had a bad experience with a film festival for the first time, so wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience and also warn other SPers.

Hey Paddy. I was told a film I was involved in was a 'finalist' but that I had to pay a $50 'screening charge' (after paying the submission fee). About two weeks later I was asked in an email how long the film is, which implies they hadn't watched it. I mainly wanted to see if anyone else had dealt with this festival and post a warning...
