Screening Venue

Our latest short is almost done (yay) and time for the cast and crew screening (yay).

I need a venue. There are plenty around and the cost is fairly standard, however....

We'd like to get people drinks, we owe them lots. This means cost could be high.

Has anyone ever seen a nice screening venue where you could do a BYO bar? Or somewhere with a cheap bar for afterwards?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Not sure where you're based, but if London, how about upstairs at the Crown & 2 Chairmen, Dean St? Then you can stick some cash behind the bar and when it runs out, it runs out - but you know in advance what it'll cost you and when it goes to being a pay bar, it's still normal Soho prices.
