Always used Celtx free version which is (was?) still available as an archived download online from 3rd party. I like it. Works fine.

I'm fed up with Final Draft after their weak upgrade and poor mobile app support so I'm currently trying ArcStudioPro.

I use Fade In. There's a watermarked free trial version and you can buy a lifetime multi machine license for a one off payment of around £60. It imports and exports to a variety of formats including Final Draft.

I've been using Fade In Pro since 2014 when Craig Mazin and Rian Johnson were both vocal about using it over Final Draft. I was heartily sick of Final Draft by then. Fade In was a one-off purchase, updates are free, you don't have to pay for 'upgrades' every 2-4 years and can watermark, import pdf and can import/exort to Final Draft.
