Seeking an old man's house/living room for a short film. Needs to be old-fashioned. Can pay!

We are shooting a short film in October and we need an old fashioned house to shoot in. The story is about an 85 year old widower who lives on his own. So the house needs to be old-fashioned and on the smaller/medium size of things. We have a very small budget but we may be able to pay up to £100 for a day of shooting. It would be a very small crew of around 10 people.
