Hello guys
I'm currently seeking a DP and 1st AD for our martial arts short film project.
Logline: To save his dojo and his reputation, a young sensei must fight a duel with a former UFC champion - his own father.
It's a 1-day shoot and 1-day pre-visualization and pays £120/day. We have a fight choreographer and we also have full insurance coverage.
Recent film school grads preferred. Looking to shoot in mid-December (date tbc).

Hi Paul, I can't tell you how to feel, but I'm sure it's perfectly OK to present opportunities specifically aimed at young people.

It’s actually illegal to specify an age limit in a job advertisement. So, no, it’s not, “perfectly ok.”

As Mark said. It'd be like saying I'd prefer a white male crew.
You have to have a particular reason to state that sort of requirement (and a good one). Personally if I were paying £100s for crew, I'd want ones with more experience!
