Hi there.
We're looking for a large house within the M25 which has a conservatory, a garden, and a bedroom and a lounge large enough to film in.
Our previously arranged location has fallen through due to unforeseen circumstances.
Our filming dates are 11, 12, 13 October. It's a short film shoot with a compact crew and a cast of just two actors.
There's no night shooting, but days will be 12-hours.
We do have a location budget reasonable for an independent short film project.

Just within the M25 in Orpington; usually caters to the S&M crowd but also hires out as a filming location. Can't comment on day rates, I'm afraid. Best of luck!
