Seeking Producer for Film Project

Currently, I'm in the process of applying for funds, including the BFI. Consequently, I'm in need of a capable producer who can efficiently manage all assigned tasks. Regrettably, at present, we lack the financial means to compensate a producer unless funding is secured. Would anyone be able to connect me with a producer who may suit these circumstances or offer tips on finding one? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
