Hello I'm a Producer-Director who moved here from London and I would like to make films locally. Writers, actors, camerapersons, editors, sparks, gaffers, composers... if you live in - Fleet, Farnham, Farnborough, Aldershot, Hartley Wintney, Basingstoke, Hook - let's meet. C'mon, there's got to be some Shooters here!
I'm sticking my neck out and organising a Shooters in the Pub:
VENUE: The Wyvern Pub, 75 Aldershot Road, Church Crookham, Fleet
(on the corner of Aldershot Road and Gally Hill Road)
DAY: last Thursday every month
TIME: 7:00 pm onwards
The idea is to talk about films, help each other out and pool our resources. it could be a docu, a short, a showreel shoot for any actors among us or help with proposal writing.

Hi Allan, yes I posted this yesterday! Great to hear from a fellow filmmaker in the neighbourhood. Let's wait and see if we can gather 4 more local film buffs!

Hi Shona = I describe myself as an actor/writer but screen writing seems to have been on the back burner for a while. I've done about 10 or 12 shorts with various students in the UCA in Farnham over the past ten years mostly when I lived in Weybourne. I'm now in Alton and don't know the Wyvern in Church Crookham but sure I'll find it. Thursday eves sometimes a bit tricky for me but let's see. Could even be fun.
