I'd work your way through them via google and filter down to those who's work and philosophy you like. Any where the sound or video is lacking, scenes are filmed too much in profile, or too much sharing with the other actor (ideally you want to predominate and be face on) whatever, get rid of. I've pasted below my bookmarks, no particular order.
As an aside I recently had one of those 20 minute slots with spotlight. This was totally illuminating for me and leaving me with work to do! Even though I'd read extensively and watched lots of videos on what a reel should be, she made me realise what casting directors want to see. I'd also say don't be scared to find someone who will work with your own material or scene, stuff that resonates with you. Some meet you and write scenes for you, something I liked at the time, not so sure now. You really can do scenes you would most want to see on there, with a strategy in mind. Also, apparently CD's don't care too much what the scene is about (nothing too obvious..."my name is Maximus..."), as long as they see you ... being, responding, processing, feeling, maybe going on a mini journey.
