INDEXShould I choose Dzofilm Vespid or Meike Cine lenses?

I'm putting together a lens kit to make my first short. I was interested in the Dzofilm Vespids due to their advertised softer less clinically sharp look, however talk of problems with chromatic aberration have made me apprehensive. Being new to this I'm not sure how much of the desired softer look of the Dzofilm Vespids is down to lighting/ Tiffen Pro Mist lens filters which could be recreated with the meike cine lenses with less chromatic aberration. The other main option in my price range are the Meike Cine full frame lenses (https://meikeglobal.com/collections/full-frame), only the 50mm is currently available but the rest of the line is due to come out over 2021.
Am I over worrying about the Dzofilm's chromatic aberration, when fixed in post does this detract from the image in other ways or is the only downside the time needed to fix it. So if I go with the Meikes can I get a softer look, and if I go with the Dzofilm Vespids will the chromatic aberration be a problem for me? Thanks in advance for any help.
Here's a sample clip talking about the chromatic aberration on the Dzofilm Vespids, skip to 06:37 for the relevant part: https://youtu.be/lEC91tjX71s?list=LL&t=397

When are you looking to shoot? If only the 50mm is currently out with the Meike's I guess a big question is will the full set be ready in time for your shoot. I haven't personally used either.
Might be better of hiring to try out options, Cinegear pro have lenses in this kind of range.: https://rental.cinegearpro.co.uk/lens/#lens

I won't be shooting till late 2021, so the lenses I need from the Meike range should be out by then according to the Meike website.
