Small portable cheap monitor, preferably battery powered?

I need something with which I can check framing. It's not for focus pulling. Anyone know of anything?

Cheap and cheerful you can probably still find a portable/in-car seat-back DVD player with video in - resolution and colour response will be fine for framing, lousy for anything else!
