Someone experienced logging films into IMDB?

I've started awhile ago putting all the information needed to add my short film, but because the submit button never appeared regardless of it all indicating to be correct (all marked in green), I never finished and I need it done ASAP. I've read all the possible articles, help questions, YouTube videos, etc. At this point I'm looking for someone to do it for me and if it goes fine, to upload a few more titles for me.
