Hi David,

There will be a local radio station, larger local stations will have engineers, that may be a way to find someone. PAT testing is need and butter work for many sparks, but you may be able to cut a deal with one of the charity shops. Some charity shops (round my way it's the hospice ones) take and resell electrical goods, they have volunteers trained to PAT test who do a load every week or two, you might be able to do a deal there. Normal price is about a tenner an item, minimum of five items.

OK, in that case, maybe try PRG in Longbridge (who keep and maintain one of the biggest event lighting inventory in the world), but be prepared to pay more :).

I will of course, if there is a local spark or gaffer maybe who knows someone...
As far as sound kit goes there is Audio Developments who of course make
great mixers but tend to only service there own kit but a local mixer might just know.

Was hoping really of a certified electrician/company preferably in the lighting industry who could service lights.
Location sound kit is specialized and are a rare breed until then will stick to RFS unless anyone knows someone out there...
