If they are touring it'll be because they need the money, so why not send the script to their management as you'll need them on side sooner or later anyway, and having them attached might make it easier to open doors to backers!

What Paddy said AND
Research - explore the web sites of every serious production company and producer in the UK. You need to know WHO is WHAT in each organisation.
Then PHONE them. Ask to speak to the person you think you need to speak to. If you get through, you back off - you clarify that they are the person, and then you ask if it's Ok to send an email as you don't want to take up any of their valuable time, what's their email?. (You could try a cold pitch as soon as you reach them, but that's a seriously high risk approach. But if they say "TELL ME" then have a pitch ready).
Now you either have their direct email OR, if they gave you the corporate one, you can say FAO so and so re our telecon, so your document pack has a half decent chance of being seen by The Man (or Woman) rather than an intern or no one. You are also now justified in phoning back a couple weeks later to confirm that it was received.
FWIW I'd have that doc pack cover as much ground as possible. Treatment, script, buy in from the band if you get it. BUT be careful - if it's BCR related you need to show that the appeal of the movie will be much wider than BCR fans. Fans need to be the jam, not the bread.
Good luck.
