suggestions for crowdfunding a WW2 feature about the Hongerwinter and / or a fashion photography set feature?

Any one got any suggestions for raising funds for budgets for two features currently in the development / redraft stages, have big casts interested in the WW2 set feature and auditions have been cancelled owing to other production commitments the other script is recent conceived from Euroscript weekend really like the idea and the inspirations influencing it but same delima how to rise reasonable budget to do the screenplay cinematic justice.

Fashion one probably cheaper, shoot what you can afford? If you can't make a worthwhile feature, maybe make it as a short?

How to raise feature finance is one of the oldest, biggest problems and frankly there is no one right way, just a million different fudges - a whole job in itself
