Transcript and Spanish

9 years, 9 months ago - cath le couteur

Hi
I've got documentary footage from Chile that I need a transcript for.
The footage is an interview with a priest who set up his own observatory. Ie mostly one voice.
But! I'm hoping to pay for the transcript to be done, simultaneously in English (the voice is all spanish).
Not sure if I will be able to do this - but I'm hoping I can. I suspect I may have to try Spanish based transcription services, who may be able to write the transcript all down in English. Any recommends be gladly received.
Chrs
Cath

I needed Spanish subtitles for a film that was accepted for the Marbella Film Fest. Long story short, turned out my next door neighbour used to be professional Spanish translator. He wants to do work in films, and will charge a reasonable rate. Let me know if you want to be put in touch

Rule one of translation - if you need "feeling" always have someone translating INTO their native tongue.

Though with Spanish/English you might well find a native bilingual.
