Hi,
a friend of mine had his film shown on London Live this week, is there any way I can find out the rating without having to sign-up for BARB and pay a big fee?

I'm not sure they will even register figures at the level of granularity you're after, but best bet is to ask London Live (a local community broadcaster) themselves, as they will presumably try to sell that slot to advertisers, and need to show something, even coarse estimates.
The actual figures might be pretty low TBH, but LL will give you the brightest spin on then.
