URGENT
New Producer writing first ever Contract and for the scriptwriters.
The Contract is taken from a Book 0n Film Law written by a Film Lawyer
It recommends having a Third Independent person scrutinize the Financial distribution of the funds.
It's called a CAMA, defined and described in the Link below.
