INDEXVFX work on short teaser?

I'm making teaser for pitching a feature, but need a small bit of VFX work on it (2 second clip, need some blood on actresses leg). Recommendations who to ask or anyone up for giving a first time director a hand? No budget, but could work in future if feature picked up! Thank you!
