Video upload: awaiting encoding

Hi all,

I have something to ask! My film ''DID'' has been selected to compete for the Film of the Month but awkwardly the embedded video from Vimeo is showing an error and it does not play.

I have replaced the link with a new upload from my laptop but it keeps saying: 'Status: Awaiting Encoding'
Is that correct because I cannot see the video yet?

The last time I used Vimeo, I think vids were placed in a queue for processing. Users on the paid service were given priority. Perhaps the queue is particularly long today.
