Vimeo thumbnails not showing

Hi

I have just been updating my profile and adding some work from Vimeo, can anyone tell me why the thumbnails which appear on Vimeo aren't populating my profile on Shooting People, is there a trick or tick box I am missing out?

Thanks for raising this - this wasn't actually something I was aware of. I've passed this onto the team and we'll get back to you as soon as it's resolved/we get to the root of what's going on :)

Hi again Graham,

I've got back with feedback from the team and it's something we're working on resolving. If you wait a while these should appear or you may be able to input the image files yourself.

This is 100% something we're on top of and hopefully should be resolved very soon :)
