What's the genre of the film and the numbers attending? The last premiere I went to was at Stringfellows, the bar above the national gallery is not huge but has great views.
The crypt at St Martin in the fields? So many options.

SOHOST in Berwick Street - heart of Soho, wonderful roof terrace, with roof top views. They will deck it out in the theme of your film, serve fair trade wine and home made food. Call to arrange a viewing 07721 721 104

Thanks Paddy, it's an A-list event. We would have liked to have hired the St John hotel, but that is now closed. The Cafe Royal and the new casino apparently have some good event spaces. Any other suggestions appreciated!
