Hey Carla

I'd be very happy to meet for a cuppa and a chat if you fancy. I do write as well as directing but I've done far more directing than writing in my 15 years working in theatre. I've been moving over to film for the last 18 months or so and my first short film was in the short film corner catalogue at Cannes. I've since had interest from a Producer who I'm now in regular contact with discussing making a short film, and also moving forward with some other ideas.

You can have a look at my website www.lucylinger.com to see examples of my work. My directing credits are mainly theatre so that would probably be the best place to start. I've got snippets of reviews and stuff there. I'm used to working on new writing with the writer involved (which isn't always the case for film!).

I also coordinate a writers meet up in London so let me know if you'd like to be added to the email list for that, it's a great way to break up the lonely isolated aspect of writing.

I'm a writer/director but happy to help develop scripts as a director only. I'm in post on my fifth short film and looking for my next project whilst building to making my first feature. Hi Carla, I don't know if this could be of any interest to you, but I'm looking for treatments (for now) for a 13 episodes of 24 mins Tv series on the theme of love in all its varieties, that I've been asked to direct.
I was wondering if you have something already written on the subject or if you would be willing to write a new one page treatment.
The episodes need to be accessible to all ages at any time of the day, so no violence, sex etc.
The Producer is currently closing finances and once we have locked the budget and collected all the 13 treatments, he will issue contracts to develop the treatment in a script for $1500 each.
