We have a well put together concept + we shot a teaser for TV show that easily can be transformed into a web-series. We need a professional advise on how to pitch it to TV network, we don't have connections. Another question is if we decide to make this show into a web-series, how should we proceed to founding it and where to show it on line? If there is any money we can get from web-series? Thank you!

The best thing to do I would say is too look at a particular TV network's guidelines on commission. Most information can be found on their websites. I know channel 4 (In the UK) only are excepting 3-5min Blaps of your show and not arranging any pitching.
