www.genero.tv sometimes offers opportunities to pitch ideas for music videos. Most of their opportunities you have to actually make the video and then the artist selects the one they like and pay for it, so more like film competitions really.

Thanks a lot for your responses. I'm asking because I find the Radar concept really interesting and I'm curious about other websites where you might send pitches and make music videos whether the music band like your idea or not. Thanks again.
