you could try mandy.com or talent circle or maybe star now those are ones I've tried for job searches Hope this is useful?

Mandy looks brilliant, thanks for that suggestion, John. Anyone know of any others? Shootingpeople is great but in this economy one must do everything possible to find the best opportunities!

First three in ascending levels of usefulness:

FilmCrewPro has some paid work, but requires a subscription to apply and most of the jobs are also posted on Mandy
Mandy.com has a mix of paid work and unpaid stuff, but is free
ProductionBase also requires a subscription, but only covers actual, genuine paid work. I've gotten quite a bit of work from ProductionBase, so the £120 or whatever a year has been worth it.

Haven't really used Broadcast Jobs, so can't give an opinion on it's usefulness. Used to require a paid subscription, don't know if it still does.
There's also places like Grapevine Jobs for permanent positions.
