What should be per video rate be as a beginner?

Hi all, I am a VFX uni student that took a gap year between years 1 & 2 because of COVID. I have spent this year working on films as a scriptie and also as the video editor for my group indie filmmakers. This September I will be going back to uni, but I was contemplating on maybe doing some part time video editing for YouTube.

Quite a lot of the listings require me to state my own per video rate, but as I have never done anything like this before I would like some guidance as to how I would work a per vid rate.
