Where can I find a urban-ish looking empty studio to film in?

If anyone has any recommendations, I'm looking for an empty light studio that I can shoot a dance sequence in. Possible option to black out would be good, but not essential. Ideally not freezing, or at least heaters at hand. Any tips welcome, thanks

I know of a rural one in East Riding, any use? You don't say where you're based!
