I've noticed sometimes on the mail outs that there is equipment for sale etc. Yet I cant find where on the site I would put ad's for gear I have. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks. M

There isn't a dedicated spot. I've suggested it in the past, but nothing happened.

How odd, you would think this would be a useful platform for film-makers to sell gear they dont need etc!

Hi M,
Alwyne is right, there is no dedicated space for this unfortunately as we don't handle equipment or any related sales and payments through the platform. If you are interested in selling equipment, you can post about this into the bulletins so that interested Shooters can get in touch with you directly and any sales would have to be handled by you externally of course. Paypal and Ebay can come in handy here for safe transactions.
