I am looking for a big room to use for shooting my video series about teaching GCSE Physics for YouTube.
It would be great if it is empty or so so that I can use the white background that I have.
And it would be even better if it was somewhere in East London.
I would be needing the place on weekends for a long duration as I guess the series would be quite long.
As I am a very new teacher, I am not able to pay a lot of money for rent. But I am willing to discuss any other methods of cooperation like private physics GCSE / A-level tuition in return of allowing me to use the space.

What you're after is a studio/sound stage, basically. Rather than doing a 35 minute lesson at a time though, if you go into studio you do all your prep to shoot all day, so maybe 15 lessons in one go . You can probably cover a term in a brutal weekend. It all comes down to preparation. If you use a multicamera studio, you don't need to repeat stuff multiple times for demos, close ups, cutaways etc., you instead power through with the help of a producer, director, couple of camera ops, vision mixer, VT and an Autocue, then just tweak in post. It's a very cost-effective way of making TV series, which is why it's how TV series are made!

How about your own school? Or another one, maybe one with sports facilities so is open at the weekend and you can just access your block? A "Thanks to" in the youtube text linking back to the school and bragging rights will probably suffice as payment.
