I work for a production company in Russia, and recently we faces to a serious problem. We simply don`t have talanted 3D modeling makers and visual effect guys who would work for a desent price, everyone in Russia want a cosmic money. I believe its because of the lack of people in this area. So I am asking you my friends filmmakers if you know special websites where I can find 3D/Visual effects people or you know someone suitable for it, let me know please! Its all paid of course. I will be a collaboration for different projects, no needs to travel!

I'm a VFX artist looking for projects to work on. Can provide 3D modelling, animating, real world physic simulations, fire/smoke simulations, compositing and sound design. I am an expert user of Adobe Creative Suite and Autodesk products with over 10 years experience. CG and VFX is my LIFE! so would be more than happy to look at any job. I just love doing it!

I guess it depends how essential it is that you do all the work in Russia - I did a job for a Russian company last year (we digitally ressurrected pop star, Victor Tsoy for a live performance!), and it was a really good experience, and it didn't seem to be a problem that we were in London and the clients were in Russia...
