Where to source actors in Japan?

I will be in Japan for a couple of months and have some documentary film work lined up. In addition I would like to film a few scenes for a film if possible. Anyone know where or how to source actors in Japan ideally English and Japanese speaking? I will be staying predominantly in Shizuoka and Nagoya rather than Tokyo. Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
